Your forecast for today: Rain showers will continue along with chilly temperatures in the 30s and 40s this morning. Most of the region will continue to stay just warm enough for the precipitation to stay as rain, but areas along the Canadian border near International Falls will see some snow mix in with a light dusting on grassy surfaces possible. The showers should taper off into the afternoon, but we will stay cool and cloudy with a steady temperature around 44 degrees.

Tonight: Skies will begin to clear this evening under partly cloudy skies. This should allow for temperatures to drop quickly into the low to mid-30s for overnight lows. We will go with a low of 35 degrees in the Twin Ports with areas away from the lake possibly dropping into the upper 20s in isolated spots.

Tomorrow: Areas of frost will be likely Friday morning as we start off in the 30s, but sunshine will finally return to the forecast and warm us up to a high near 52 degrees in the afternoon. It should be one of the nicest days we get this week.

The weekend is looking pretty wet once again as our next system moves through. Temperatures will be in the low to mid-50s both Saturday and Sunday with the wettest day looking to be Saturday at this point.
