Your forecast for today: An area of high pressure settling in across the region will bring plenty of sunshine and a chance to dry out from our recent rainfall. Temperatures will be on the warm side with a high near 76 degrees, although we may see the winds shift off the lake by the late afternoon and evening, which will cool us down quite quickly.
Tonight: As the winds shift out of the east and come off the lake this evening, we will see a few clouds increase with partly cloudy skies expected. Temperatures will drop quickly into the upper 50s and likely stay steady with an overnight low near 58 degrees.
Tomorrow: Most of our Friday is looking pretty nice for us once again as we will start out with more sunshine. Clouds will increase by the afternoon as a cold front slowly approaches from the west. This front will bring a chance of a few strong storms, but it looks like most of the activity will hold off until overnight Friday into Saturday. Friday’s temperatures will top out near 70 degrees..
Saturday is looking like a wet day with off and on showers and storms. We may see a few lingering showers Sunday morning before drying out by the afternoon.
