Duluth Public Works and Utilities crews are repairing a water main break on Woodland Avenue just above 21st Avenue East.
Crews are on hand repairing the broken 10-inch line.
Both up-bound lanes and one down-bound lane of 21st Avenue East will be closed until the water main is repaired.
The water shutdown will affect only the residents in the immediate area. Normal service will be restored as soon as possible.
