Odyssey Resort's Easy Bay Suites in Grand Marais is hosting a virtual concert and fundraiser to raise money for the three Grand Marais businesses that burnt down on April 13.
The virtual concert will take place from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday on Odyssey Resorts Facebook page . Singer-songwriter Timmy Haus from northern Minnesota will perform.
A GoFundMe campaign called "Grand Marais Fire Relief Fund" was set up last week. As of Wednesday morning the campaign has raised nearly $50,000. Donations will be split evenly among the three businesses which include Picnic & Pine, The Crooked Spoon and White Pine North.
