A 45-year-old Isle, Minn., man has been charged and convicted for driving a semi with a blood-alcohol content seven times the legal limit for operating a commercial vehicle, the Minnesota State Patrol reported, releasing a dramatic dashcam video of the arrest.
The video, recorded on U.S. Highway 10 in Morrison County, shows the semi swerving off and back onto the road before pulling over. When the driver attempts to exit the vehicle, he falls to the ground. At the end of the video, a trooper is shown holding two bottles of vodka he reportedly found in the semi.
The driver, whose name was not released, had a blood alcohol content of .28 and was convicted of third-degree DWI, the State Patrol reported.
The State Patrol did not report date the incident occurred.
