The victim of a one-car rollover Friday night on Highway 53 in Hermantown has died as a result of injuries suffered in the accident.
Jason Hill, 28, of Saginaw died in St. Luke's hospital in Duluth.
The accident occurred when Hill was driving a 1999 Mercury Cougar northbound near milepost 10 just after 11:30 p.m. Friday. The Minnesota State Patrol said the car ran off the road into the median and rolled. Hill, who was the only occupant of the car, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected.
A memorial service will be held Saturday.
