Power should be back on for most Duluth residents left in the dark and cold by Friday's storm.

Minnesota Power crews resumed work around 7 a.m. today, with the hopes of restoring power to all customers by noon. Any customer still without power should call (800) 307-6937, even if they had called previously.

Approximately 11,000 customers in and near Duluth lost power during the storm. That number was reduced to 4,900 before crews were pulled off the job at 8 p.m. Friday to rest. By 10 a.m. today, approximately 3,400 customers were still without power.
