It's going to be a bit cooler today, with highs in the upper 60s and winds out of the east by the lake. Overnight, a warm front will approach from the southwest as temperatures fall to the mid-50s, and we'll see a 60 percent chance of showers. The rain will last into Wednesday, and the cloud cover will push highs to around 66 with continued easterly winds.

Warm air will surge into the Northland on Thursday. Morning lows will be near 57, and highs for the day near 77 with partly cloudy skies.

The next big chance of showers and thunderstorms will come Friday as a cold front sweeps in. The chance of showers and storms is around 60 percent, and highs will be in the low 70s.
