The jet stream is in a trough pattern over the eastern half of the U.S. and a ridge pattern on the west side. We're in the middle of it all with small waves that create uplift. These waves will give us mostly cloudy skies for the next couple of days but shouldn't really bring much precipitation. Today our high will be near 35 and Wednesday should be nearly identical.

On Thursday, a high-pressure system will move in and give us more sunshine. Highs will be near 39. Friday will be warmer as the ridge in the jet stream pushes eastward. Highs will be near 42. On Saturday, there's a small wave in the jet stream that brings a 30 percent chance of snow and rain, but highs should remain in the low 40s.

Have a great day!
