A high-pressure system pushes eastward over the Northland to increase our winds out of the east at 5-15 mph with plenty of sunshine today and highs near 79 on the hill and in the mid-70s by the lake.
An upper-level low-pressure system and a surface low-pressure system will combine over the Northland to give us our best shot of heavy rain since the June flood on Wednesday. Expect a 70 percent chance of rain amounting to around 0.75-1.25 inches. The best chance of rain is Wednesday morning with a small lull into the late afternoon/evening.
There's a 50 percent chance of rain and storms Thursday morning as a secondary clipper comes down. Lows will be near 59 and highs around 73 for both days.
Friday a high-pressure system brings sinking air and clearer skies with lows at 54 and highs near 78 with a few clouds.
Make it a great day!
