On Wednesday, the U.P. will still see some lake-effect snow, but everywhere else will see clearing skies. The morning wil start cold, with lows down to minus 13. Expect partly cloudy skies with highs near 12.

On Thursday, an upper-level low over the Central Plains will increase clouds here. The upper level low will give us a 40 percent chance of snow showers as the system moves over the region. We'll see a high of about 23.
