WEDNESDAY: A strengthening low will move over southern Wisconsin. This low will bring deep moisture that could produce flooding in northern Wisconsin; 1-3 inches of rain can't be ruled out. The chance of rain is about 80 percent. The wind will be strong out of the northeast.
THURSDAY: Lows will be near 37. We could have sleet for the northern and eastern sections of the Arrowhead. We'll see sunshine in the afternoon.
