Two trucks collided today at the intersection of Tower Avenue and Winter Street, with one striking two poles and knocking out power.
A logging truck and a tanker truck were involved in the collision around 2 p.m. The logging truck struck a city light pole and utility pole.
Superior Water, Light & Power Co. employees were called in to remove the broken utility pole and reconnect the power lines. Electricity was temporarily shut down near the collision.
