Trick or treat at UMD residence halls

(Insert ghost noise). Five residence halls at the University of Minnesota Duluth will host trick-or-treaters for a pre-Halloween event.
The 21st annual Haunted Halls is 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the dorms along 513 Niagara Court. The “Zootopia”-themed event, organized by students, is free, open to the public and designed for kids between the ages of 3-12. There will be food, crafts and carnival stations.
Parking is available in lots W and V.
