The Minnesota Department of Transportation has set a virtual public meeting for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday to discuss the upcoming Minnesota Highway 61 and London Road project.
The project corridor is from 26th to 60th avenues east. The project includes replacing the top layer of the street (mill and overlay), intersection improvements and other improvements that have yet to be determined.
The meeting will include a presentation, survey results and time for questions. According to the project's webpage, the corridor survey has received more than 2,200 responses from people sharing their opinions on the estimated $8.3 million improvement project scheduled for 2025.
