Expect some showers and storms on and off today. Chance of precipitation is around 80 percent. Highs will be near 70 with a light east wind around 5-10 mph, making it cooler by the lake.

An area of low pressure just to our west in the Dakotas will push east on Friday. The low will bring a 60 percent chance of showers and storms, with mostly cloudy skies. The chance is a little less because the low looks to bring in some dry air. So even though it will be over the region, we might not get as much precipitation because of the dry air intrusion. Highs will be in the low 70s and lows in the mid 50s.

On Saturday, the low will continue eastward and give us a decent chance of rain and storms. It also will scoop up some cooler air and knock our temperatures down to 50 for a low and 58 for the high.

Sunday we dry up. Lows will be in the low 40s and highs will be near 60 with partly cloudy skies as high pressure builds from the north.

Have a great day!
