An area of high pressure will take control over the next few days. Temperatures are expected to be nearly 10 degrees below average through the end of this week.

A small piece of energy will help to spark off some light snow early this weekend. We're not looking at a whole lot. Temperatures look to warm up and more moisture is available by Tuesday when a robust storm looks to track just south of us.

We could still be looking at heavy snow and windy conditions as the track is still up in the air.
