One more mild day on tap before the arctic push moves in. The high-pressure system bringing dry and clear weather continues to move south. As it does, an arctic cold front approachs from the north, bringing more clouds throughout the day. Ahead of the front, we'll see southwest winds of 5-15 mph. Once the front passes, we'll have northwest winds around the same speed. The winds going over Lake Superior could bring some lake-effect snow for the South Shore and Upper Peninsula (30 percent chance). The cold air forces itself in overnight and Friday. Highs will reach only 7. High pressure to the north comes in to clear out the weekend and keep us chilly with lows around minus 3 to minus 8 and highs in the mid- to upper teens. Make it a great day!
