Three people were injured in an accident on the Iron Range on Saturday morning.
None of the injuries was life-threatening.
The Minnesota State Police said Dwight A. Simon, 65, of Dousman, Wis., was westbound on Wahlsten Road at 8:29 a.m. Saturday in a Toyota 4 Runner when he failed to stop at a stop sign at state Highway 135 and struck a Ford Fusion driven by Gena Neveau, 52, of Makinen broadside.
Simon was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. A passenger in his car, Thomas Pinkerton, 44, of Babbitt was treated for minor injuries. Neveau also was treated for minor injuries.
