Three people were injured Friday afternoon when the driver of one car ran a stop sign and broadsided another car in Pine County.
The Minnesota State Patrol said James N. Miller, 49, of Kerrick, Minn., was westbound on Deerfield Road in a 2005 Mazda 6 at 1:48 p.m. in Kerrick when he ran a stop sign and broadsided a 2004 Chevrolet Impala driven southbound on state Highway 23 by Randy W. Skadsberg, 56, of Wrenshall.
Miller suffered non-life threatening injuries, police said. Skadsberg and a
passenger in his vehicle, Wendy L. Skadsberg, 57, of Hermantown, both suffered minor injuries.
Road conditions were dry, police said. The Pine County Sheriff's Office assisted in the investigation.
