The kids sure love their pop punk. This much was evident last Sunday when Grandma's Sports Garden packed 'em in for its Making History Rock Show, which was cheekily billed as "The Greatest All-Ages Show Ever!"...

The kids sure love their pop punk. This much was evident last Sunday when Grandma's Sports Garden packed 'em in for its Making History Rock Show, which was cheekily billed as "The Greatest All-Ages Show Ever!"

While that may be debatable, the "making history" part of the title probably isn't.

It was a monumental night -- especially for fans of the genre -- as it featured performances from Forfend, which is made up of promising area high schoolers; Pat Tarnowski's new group, Cities Never Sleep, in its debut performance; Tarnowski's old group, Jamestown Story (formerly known as And Then I Turned Seven), which was recently featured in Alternative Press as the unsigned band of the month; and Sing it Loud, which has been recording with Motion City Soundtrack's Joshua Cain.
