My husband, Jody, is a rabid music fan. He is an outwardly quiet man who has a talent for finding just the right song to make me feel special. When we were planning our wedding it was only natural for him to take the reins of finding a DJ and choosing the music.

One day as we were driving, he told me he found the song for our first dance as husband and wife. Because he had a very strange look when he said it I was a little skeptical. When the song started it wasn't anything spectacular -- no sweeping instrumental or intense singer belting out I love yous. In fact it was very simple piano. When I looked at him he just said "Listen to the lyrics." When I did I started to cry.

It was a heart-felt love song from the artist to his wife. The words weren't always pretty, but the sentiment could be felt in every line. It was absolutely perfect. Jody smiled and told me that was exactly how he felt about me. There we sat, driving around Duluth, holding hands and me crying. I knew that I was marrying the perfect man for me.

The song is "The Luckiest" by Ben Folds. Whenever I hear it I immediately find my husband and ask him to dance.
