‘The Dance Boots’ named as book pick

Northland voters have picked “The Dance Boots,” a collection of short stories by Linda LeGarde Grover, as the 2015 One Book, One Community title.
Voting online and at local libraries and bookstores, people selected “The Dance Boots” over “The Lighthouse Road” by Peter Geye, “Orphan Train” by Christina Baker Kline and “Unbroken” by Laura Hillenbrand.
One Book, One Community events will be held in the spring, and those events will be announced early next year.
