If you travel by air:
Combi Strolee Streak Universal Stroller ($30). Fairly easy to push and fold, but a bit wobbly.

Silver Cross Micro V.2 ($130). Easy to fold and push, but seatback isn't adjustable.
If you have two kids:
Maclaren Rally Twin ($290). Side-by-side design folds more compactly than a tandem, which seats one child in front of the other. Easy to push, but has no trays.
