Peg Sweeney, St. Louis county commissioner for District 5, was cleared of all allegations made by her opponents campaign manager in a meeting held Friday.
In a letter dated Sept. 19, Mike Forsman, St. Louis County Board chair states that while the Ethics Committee would have no jurisdiction over alleged campaign violations, they reviewed the allegations and determined that no policies have been violated.
