MOORHEAD, Minn. - A man who police believe dressed up like a pizza man as part of an alleged plan to rob suspected drug dealers in Moorhead last month is in custody.
Jean Edward Roubideaux made an initial appearance today in Clay County District Court, where his bail was set at $20,000 bond or $1,500 cash.
County Attorney Brian Melton said the 21-year-old suspect turned himself in, and his lawyer indicated to Melton he wouldn't likely post bail.
Roubideaux is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit burglary, accused of pretending to be a pizza man to help three armed men enter the apartment in an alleged robbery on Nov. 8.
The suspects were aiming to steal from a marijuana dealer some of them knew, according to search warrants, but they entered the wrong apartment unit.

Of five suspects charged in the case, Roubideaux is the fourth to surrender to authorities or be arrested.
Police are still looking for John Kukert Jr., a 21-year-old from Fargo, N.D.
