Victoria Johnson and Kaitlin Heinen each swam to two individual titles and two relay titles to lead Superior to the Lake Superior Conference title Saturday in its home pool.
Johnson won the 50-yard freestyle and the 100 backstroke, while Heinen captured the 200 and 500 freestyles. Johnson swam on the first-place 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays; Heinen was on the medley and 400 freestyle relays.
The Spartans scored 356 points, 10 more than Proctor-Hermantown.
