Superior police are investigating an armed robbery that happened Friday evening at a Little Store.
Officers responded to a reported armed robbery at the store at 2104 Tower Ave. about 9 p.m. According to the clerk, the robber brandished a weapon and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect then fled the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. A search of the area found no suspects.
No one was injured. Police aren't saying what type of weapon the robber had.
The clerk told police the robber was about 5 feet tall and had his or her face was covered.
