Duluth police arrested a 28-year-old Superior man Saturday after receiving a call about someone stealing items from a parked car in the 600 block of 99th Avenue West.
The person called police at 3:55 p.m. after witnessing a man who arrived in another vehicle take items from the parked vehicle and leave. The caller gave a description of the suspect, the vehicle and the
direction the driver was traveling.
Police located the suspect and vehicle in the 1600 block of Commonwealth Avenue in Gary-New Duluth, along with the property taken from the parked vehicle.
The suspect was brought to St. Louis County Jail.
