Many residents across the Northland will wake this morning with up to an inch of snow outside their windows. Fortunately, the sun will re-emerge this afternoon. But that won't help temperatures climb much. Highs today will struggle to reach the 30s, with a breezy northwest wind.
The bigger story is the potential for accumulating snow for Monday as a storm system slides to the south of the region. As a result, the National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for all of Northwestern Wisconsin and areas south of Duluth in Minnesota for Monday.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
