Some of us closer to Lake Superior could wake up to a few patches of fog today, but sunshine will burn it off by late morning. A cold front sweeping across the Upper Midwest will give us the chance for rain by late afternoon and tonight. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop in west-central Minnesota this afternoon and march east through the day. The best chance to see rain in the Twin Ports will occur just before sunset, with showers likely after dark to the east. A few showers may linger by Monday morning, but building high pressure will provide afternoon sunshine.
