Applications are being taken from people who want to be a part of a student delegation trip to Japan next year.
Duluth Sister Cities International is planning a 10-day trip to Ohara- Isumi City, Japan, next August.
Selected students must be at least 14 years old and not older than 16 at the time of travel. They will stay with a family. In return, students from Japan will come to Duluth.
