Casey Montgomery scored the game-winning goal with 4:41 remaining in the third period as No. 11-ranked Centennial beat the seventh-ranked Lumberjacks (11-3-3).
Paige Thunder had 24 saves for CEC and Christa Hansen had 26 saves for Centennial.
