Lolyann Stoffel of Duluth and James Connor of West Bend, Wis., were married Nov. 24 in St. Cecelia's Church in St. Paul.
Her parents are Jay and Loly Stoffel of Duluth. His parents are Dennis and Carole Connor of West Bend.
The bride, a 1999 graduate of Duluth Central High School, is pursuing a master's degree in public policy from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Minneapolis.
The groom earned a doctorate in law in 2007 from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. He is an attorney for West Publishing Co. in Eagan, Minn.
