The House version of the Minnesota Clean Car Standards bill (HF 863 by Rep. Melissa Hortman, DFL-Brooklyn Park) is set for a hearing today in the House Finance Committee. If it advances it would go to the House floor.
The Senate version (SF481 by Sen. John Marty, DFL-Roseville) is stalled in the Business, Industry and Jobs Committee, but the committee chairman says he may hold a hearing if the bill advances in the House.
Gov. Tim Pawlenty has not expressed an opinion on the bill.
