St. Louis County's 911 service was restored late Tuesday night after being plagued by technical problems for several hours.
Officials reported at about 11:30 p.m. that service had been restored and that the 911 system was operating normally.
Earlier, they had reported that some 911 and administrative calls were not going through due to intermittent connecting problems, and that 911 calls in St. Louis County were being answered by Carlton County.
