Emily St. John and Timothy Opacich, both of Hermantown, plan to be married Sept. 8 in St. Francis Xavier Church in Superior.
Her parents are Dan and Debra Kolodzeske of Superior and Tom and Mary St. John of Little Chute, Wis. His parents are Jeff and Elaine Opacich of Duluth.
The future bride, a 2002 graduate of Superior Senior High School, graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Miller-Dwan Medical Center in Duluth.
The future groom, a 2002 graduate of Duluth East High School, is a carpenter for Gordy Johnson Construction in Duluth.
