State Rep. Loren Solberg, DFL-Grand Rapids, will seek re-election.
Solberg represents District 3B, which includes the cities of Aitkin, Hill City, McGrath, Palisade, Cohasset, LaPrairie and Grand Rapids. He was first elected in 1982, and is chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee and serves on the Local Government Affairs, Capital Investment, Taxes and, Rules committees.
"I anticipate the campaign and the opportunity to visit with constituents in the district," Solberg said in a news release announcing his re-election bid.
