A man skiing at Spirit Mountain Saturday died in an accident on the slopes at around 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
A police officer at the base of one of the ski runs said the man was not from Duluth.
The officer did not know how the accident happened, but confirmed that the man had been bleeding from the ears, eyes and mouth.
Rescue workers used a snowmobile to retrieve the man's body late this afternoon.
