Cindy Shisler and Jeffrey Truax, both of Duluth, plan to be married Sept. 21 aboard the Vista Star in Duluth.
Her parents are Richard and Mary Morton of South Range. His parents are Gale and Pauline Truax of Hoyt Lakes.
The future bride, a graduate of Northwestern High School in Maple, graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth in 2006 with an associate degree in business management. She is a contracts assistant for Enbridge Energy in Superior.
The future groom, a graduate of Aurora-Hoyt Lakes High School in Aurora, graduated from Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, Minn., in 1992 with an associate degree in architecture. He works in facilities planning and architecture at SMDC Health System in Duluth.
