The 224-foot vessel State of Michigan is scheduled to arrive this morning to dock behind the DECC. The State of Michigan is the training vessel of the Great Lakes Maritime Academy of Traverse City, Mich. Graduates of the academy receive credentials to serve on Great Lakes and ocean going vessels.
