Duluth police are holding a community notification meeting Thursday in Lincoln Park regarding the change of address for a Level 3 sex offender.
Eric D. Pegues recently moved to the area of the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West. Pegues has a history of engaging in sexual contact with a 13-year-old female victim. Pegues used force to commit the assault. A Level 3 offender is considered a high risk to reoffend.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Park Community Church, 2202 W. Third St.
