A Level 3 predatory offender has been released and is living in Lincoln Park.
Eric Devone Pegues, 28, resides on the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West.
According to a Duluth Police Department news release, Pegues has had sexual contact with a 13-year-old female victim. The contact included fondling and penetration, and Pegues gained compliance through the use of force and an accomplice. The victim did not know Pegues.
Pegues is black, has brown eyes, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 199 pounds.
