We're in for a cold morning with lows down to -10 and clear skies. Winds will be northwest at 5-15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph, making it feel like -30 to -35. We'll be a little warmer this afternoon with highs near 14 and mostly sunny skies as a high pressure system continues southward providing a WNW wind at 5-10. The high pressure system continues southward and starts giving us some WSW flow and warms us up to 25 with plenty of sunshine. Monday a wave in the jetstream to our south could provide enough uplift to warrant a 20 percent chance of some snow showers, but I think the moisture will lack and the precip will stay south. Otherwise there will be mostly cloudys skies with lows at 9 and highs near 27. Tuesday one of the models brings in a wave in the southern jet over the area, but the other models do not agree. Because of this I'm including a 20 percent chance of snow showers with mostly cloudy skies. Lows will be in the mid teens and highs near 29. Make it a great weekend!
