High pressure builds in from the west today. But the jet stream still will create gusty winds from the northwest at 10-20 mph, with gusts near 30 mph. With the strong northerly flow we'll have highs in the upper 40s. I've dropped the chance of rain and increased sunshine; it looks like the system will be out of the region by early morning. Expect partly cloudy skies. A ridge in the jet stream and high pressure build, bringing in a dry week. On Sunday, we'll see lows in the bottom 30s and low 50s for the high with mostly sunny skies. Southerly flow comes in Monday and brings plenty of sunshine. Tuesday we'll have partly cloudy skies with lows in the lower 40s and highs in the upper 50s.
