A rural Duluth man is being held in the St. Louis County Jail on $125,000 bail after being accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
Timothy Paul Martin-Tungren, 30, is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim's grandmother reported the alleged abuse to St. Louis County sheriff's deputies.
Martin-Tungren's next court appearance is scheduled for July 14.
