Here's a list of flood-related road closures in the Northland as of Friday night, as reported by local, county and state officials. This is not a complete list; many town and county roads not listed here may have water on the roadway or more serious damage:
MINNESOTA
Pine County
- Interstate 35 between Hinckley and Sandstone - may be some water on the roadway, but freeway is open
- Minnesota Highway 48 / Wisconsin Highway 77 has REOPENED from Hinckley to Danbury, Wis., after previously being closed because of high water at the bridge over the St. Croix River.
- State Highway 23 closed near Bruno
- Highway 123 has water over the road near mile marker 7 but remains open.
- County Highway 61 is blocked off at Willow River (County Road 41) because of high water.

WISCONSIN
Ashland County
- U.S. Highway 2 at Denomie Creek near Bad River in Odanah - culvert washout - the Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported Friday that the highway may reopen between Ashland and Hurley as soon as Monday, July 18.
- Advice from the sheriff's office on a detour for Highway 2 traffic: For drivers from Ashland wanting to head east to Odanah and Hurley - head west on U.S. 2 to Iron River, south on County Highway A, then east on County Highway N to Drummond. Head south on U.S. Highway 63 to Hayward, then east on State Highway 77 to Clam Lake and Glidden. Then head north on State Highway 13/77 to Mellen, and stay on Highway 77 from Mellen to Hurley. For drivers who want to reach Odanah, head west on U.S. Highway 2 from Hurley.

- State Highway 137 at Wipperfurth Road in Ashland between Sanborn Avenue and U.S. 2 has reopened
- U.S. Highway 63 at Twentymile Creek near Grand View, north of Drummond - culvert washout - long-term closure
- U.S. Highway 63 near Bibon Swamp between Grand View and Mason - water over roadway - long-term closure

Burnett County
- State Highway 35 from Marksville Road to Big Island Road has REOPENED
- Minnesota Highway 48 / Wisconsin Highway 77 has REOPENED from Hinckley to Danbury, Wis., after previously being closed because of high water at the bridge over the St. Croix River.
Douglas County
- County Highway W closed at the Nemadji River due to a log jam under the bridge that is causing water over the road
- County Highway G closed at the Totagatic River near the Washburn County line.
- Several town roads in Summit and the town of Superior were still closed this morning
Iron County

- U.S. Highway 2 is closed between U.S. 51 (Hurley) and Lake Road, east of Odanah in Ashland County. Traffic detoured via State Highway 77 to State Highway 13, continuing on Highway 77 to U.S. Highway 63. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported Friday that the highway may reopen between Ashland and Hurley as soon as Monday, July 18.
- State Highway 122 is closed north of U.S. 2 at Parker Creek. No official detour posted. Long-term closure
- County Highway A is impassable between Highway 122 and Saxon Harbor. No official detour posted.
- State Highway 169 is closed between U.S. 2 and the town of Gurney. No official detour posted. Long-term closure
Sawyer County
- U.S. Highway 63 has REOPENED in the city of Hayward. Detour via Highways 77, K and B.
- Nyman Avenue, East Second Street, East Third Street and East Fourth Street are closed in Hayward
- State Highway 27 north of Hayward has reopened
Washburn County
- State Highway 77 at Oak Tree Drive to County Road G just east of Minong - reopened Wednesday night
- State Highway 77 at Old Bass Lake Road southwest of Minong - NOW OPEN, but there may be delays
- U.S. Highway 53, northbound lanes north of Palmer Drive, between Lampson and Minong - roadway flooding, both lanes now reopened
- County Highway F closed from County K to Highway 77 and from U.S. 53 to U.S. 63
- County Highway G closed
- County Highway K down to one lane at one point south of Highway 77
- County Highway M closed from U.S. 63 to Highway 77
