Allan Sjodin and Linda Walker, parents of Dru Sjodin, walked into the Federal Court building in Fargo at about 8:40 a.m. today with their friend Bob Heales. Heales led the families' searches for Dru's body.
Allan Sjodin, when asked for a comment said he could only sum up with one word, "tension."
Attorney's for Alfonso Rodrigues Jr., Robert Hoy of West Fargo and Richard Ney of Wichita, Kan., arrived at the courthouse before 8:30 a.m. There are about two dozen members of the media in Fargo to cover the trial.
Jury selection is expected to begin at 9 a.m. and is expected to take two to four weeks.
