Mentor Duluth is a program dedicated to matching positive adult role models with children ages 5 to 18. Currently, there are more than 300 children matched with adults in our community, but there are still hundreds of children waiting for a mentor.
A collaboration of seven youth-serving agencies, including the Duluth Area Family YMCA, Boys & Girls Club of Duluth, Copeland Community Center, Neighborhood Youth Services, Valley Youth Center, Proctor/Hermantown Community Education and the YWCA of Duluth make up Mentor Duluth in an effort to support these youth.
The Renegade Radio Hour is the only locally produced, originally written sketch comedy show on Twin Ports radio, and it is all performed live in front of a studio audience. This edition of the show is ready to have some fun with a wide variety of topics, including the behind-the-scenes transition from Mayor Herb Bergson to Mayor-elect Don Ness, a day in the life of the Duluth City Permits Office, and the new president of the board of directors for the Duluth Playhouse, Sylvester the cat, will also make an appearance.
Special musical guest is Jason Wussow.
Renegade Comedy Theatre is a nonprofit 501(c)3 arts organization so donations are tax-exempt. Renegade is also eligible for bequests.
