The Douglas County Sheriff's Office has informed the public that a convicted sex offender has been released from prison and is living on Pine Grove Road in Oakland Township.
Timothy Scott Konczak, 45, was sentenced in 2002 for sexually assaulting girls under the age of 13 that he had been acquainted with.
His Wisconsin rules of supervision prohibit him from being within 500 feet of playgrounds, beaches, schools or any place children are congregating or tend to congregate.
Konczak can have no contact with anyone under 18 without his probation agent's approval and may not enter taverns or liquor stores.
